At the time of this review I have only ordered/received 2 different product samples. Jimmy has been great to work with and most importantly honest! I had an abstract idea and he really helped with the design elements and packaging. He also let me know if an idea did not make sense and I appreciate that. I also really liked that he was quick with a graphic to assure we were understanding each other. The products samples I requested were delivered in a reasonable time and were beautifully made based on our discussions.
